Maarten Beart spent Months designing and simulating a better antenna that out preforms our current standard for video antennas, what he has come up with has changed the industry!
Don't forget that if you get 3 or more sets of antenna kits you can use voucher code "freejig" at check out to get a free assembly jig which you need to build these to the tight specs you need. Don't need that many, then head over here to pick one up: Pagoda Hybrid Jig
Revision B has been specifically tuned to be used with a cover and keep the same performance as a regular pagoda and is ideally suited as a stubby. Please note that the Rev B needs a cover to perform correctly.
We suggest using Rev B as a transmitter antenna with a cover.
From the images below you can clearly see how much better the Pagoda does at producing the desired polarization with out inducing the opposite like our current goto's the Skew and Clover!
This means that you will have cleaner video because you will not receive the reflected wave from your own transmitter, and by using LHCP with RHCP you can more easily fly on adjacent channels with out losing video quality!
Center frequency: 5.8 GHz
Bandwidth: 500 MHz (5.55 .. 6.05 GHz)
Matching: S11 < -20 dB, VSWR < 1.22 (at center frequency)
Axial ratio: < 1.3
Radiation efficiency: 92%
Can you shorten it? Why yes you can!
We do suggest keeping the receiver the spec length of 90mm or longer, however the transmitter could be shortened to 30mm from the bottom PCB to the end of the SMA

Fantastic Experience
Great pricing, very fast shipping. Could not have been a better transaction. I'm a repeat customer for sure!
Awesome Antenna
Great kit and great investment in FPV along with the jig which is essential. Even though I have not done a direct comparison on reception vs my cloverleaf antennas I still give it 5 stars. While reception is clearly very good I am most impressed with their toughness. I recently flew high enough to loose radio reception and my quad inverted and flew nose into the ground. The stems on these antennas are super tough and have a dampening characteristic when hit. My described crash resulted in no significant quad damage and simply bent and tore through about half of the stem. Unbelievable considering the crash. The other bit that is awesome about the kit is you can tailor the antennas to the perfect size for low drag and durability. I am also hopeful the data on this site is correct and the rejection of the signal from opposite handed antennas is dramatically better.
